The location afforded a relaxing and quiet time around the condo. It was close to all amenities, shopping and night life.
The accommodations were great! The unit was bright and very nicely furnished with a wonderful view from the balcony. Access to the pool, laundry facilities, mail room, garbage disposal and parking lot and security desk were equally great.
I would have no hesitation in returning to this condo, or recommending it to others.

The gulf side waterfront condo is very comfortable
and
private. Condo is conveniently
located a fun trolley ride away from established beach shops, fine
dining and
romantic sunsets at Pier 60, where you will find local arts and crafts,
musicians and other various family entertainment.
Without question our Beach Condo is a great carefree place
to relax and create memories that will last a lifetime!

spectacular sunsets.
The condo faces the
gulf. We enjoyed
the many faces of the gulf every day from our room. We watched sunsets
from the balcony, dolphins swimming by, sailboats and windsurfers.
The condo is very clean, quiet and comfortable and fully furnished.
The building has a fitness center with weight machines, stepmaster,
treadmill. Free washers and dryers are available on each floor.
Caladesi Island is about a 65 min. walk north on a secluded beach.
Great for collecting sea shells. Caladesi has a marina with a
concession stand. We'd get a hot dog there and watch the boats pull in.
There also is a nature trail on Caladesi Island.
Clearwater Beach's Pier 60 is about a 30 minute walk south on the
beach. Lots of activities, shops and a large public beach there.
Great for people watching. Fishing is allowed (for a fee) from the
end of the pier.
The condo has its own pier also. There is a long sandy beach between
the condo and the gulf. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could
have stayed longer. We hope to return next year.
